What Are Hormone Pellets?

Pellets are tiny, custom-compounded hormone therapies that address symptoms that stem from hormonal imbalances. The Pellet method can help keep a patient’s hormone levels consistent throughout the day.

Hormone replacement therapy has been used for almost a century to provide relief from hormone-related symptoms and improve quality of life. During that time, both the medications and the administration methods used to deliver them have evolved to better meet the needs of patients. For many, hormone pellets are the most exciting method to date.

Benefits of Hormone Treatment Through Pellets

Here are some of the reasons our patients love this method.

Steady Dosages = Fewer Mood Swings

Pellets are designed to deliver a steady, and predictable dose of hormones over the course of several months.

Consistent, Hands-Off Results

You don’t have to worry about remembering to take a pill, replace a patch, or rub on a cream. The pellets work automatically.

Pain-Free and Stress-Free

Implantation is performed right in our office, usually under local anesthesia, and is painless for most patients.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Casad and her support staff. She approaches from such a complete, holistic perspective using both natural methods, supplements and prescribed medicine. She has addressed cardiovascular, GI, endocrine, neurologic and psychiatric issues with equal - if not superior care and expertise than specialists in these fields, in my opinion. 10/10.
My experience with Dr. Casad’s practice has been pleasant from the beginning of setting it up until the procedure I went to have it done. I felt very comfortable talking to Chandra when I was telling her what I was hoping to have. She went into detail telling me the ins and outs of the procedure and what I need to expect. She didn’t sugar coat anything but even explained that the worst parts of it but nothing has still not been unbearable. I had the procedure and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff that helped prepare me. Dr. Casad was amazing as well. She answered additional questions that I had come up. She was able to provide me the info I needed and put any concerns I had behind me. We were able to talk about many things as she worked on me. I appreciated info that she gave me with some that didn’t even relate to what I was having done. She is a wealth of knowledge. The procedure itself was not bad at all. I am home and have experienced all the things I was told to look out for and feel very prepared. Everything has been good so far. I have had several surgeries and procedures over the last 7 yrs but this is my best experience of all of them. . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I go in for photo facial. The office staff is always attentive and sensitive to my needs. Annie always does a great job with my treatment which is why I continue to return. When asked she usually has additional treatment suggestions to improve my appearance. I never feel like I'm being up-sold or being persuaded to try something that is not appropriate or that she cannot recommend with confidence. Annie successfully got my kids through what could have been some pretty grim acne years without her help. Dr, Casad is a warm and competent practitioner.
Melissa Lang, Nurse Practitioner is who I see on a regular basis. She is just phenomenal, always very caring and helpful when I have questions. She went out of her way to follow up with me after a procedure and goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I am always blown away by their ease with patients and continual customer care. Thank you, thank you!
Exceptional care! I have been a patient for 28 years and have always beentreated with respect and kindness. Rare huh? All of her patients receivethe same treatment! In this day and age I find these qualities to be awesome.I highly recommend this physician and her medical practice!

Why Come to Our Practice?

We see patients who have tried some BHRT therapies in the past, but who still don’t feel good. Our providers also see people who are having symptoms and don’t feel good, yet prior labs have shown “normal” and they’ve been told nothing is wrong with them, or that it might all be in their head.

Additionally, your lab work doesn’t only include testing of your sex hormones. We also test for other health markers, hormones, and key vitamin levels. This gives you a snapshot of your health and allows us to treat you from a holistic standpoint. We need this because hormones act synergistically with each other.
