Let’s talk

Talk with a team member in our new patient center. They are knowledgeable individuals who have experienced similar symptoms to yours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn if our approach to wellness is right for you. At the end of your conversation we are confident you will know Casad Health and Wellness is the right place to help.
Step Two

Pre-Appointment Background Work

We want to know you before your first appointment. That happens because the information we gather is studied by your caregiver before your first visit. You will have completed a history and comprehensive health questionnaire. We will have results of our specialized lab panels that are essential to understanding symptoms and their causes. We are prepared for our initial encounter to be productive. You have waited to feel better, and we don’t want you to wait any longer.
Step Three

Unique Treatment Plan

Labs and medical history are only part of the puzzle. Having discussed your bloodwork and medical history, we can immediately invest the time to cover questions about your life, your family, important relationships, and career. These are all potential clues that can contribute to your symptoms. Once we are confident in our understanding of the complete picture, together we will discuss how to move forward designing and implementing a sensible, effective, and personalized treatment plan.
Step Four

Consistent Ongoing Relationships

The human body is dynamic, always in a perpetual state of change reacting to our lifestyle, our environment, our accomplishments, and our stresses. Devoted ongoing care enables your provider to stay in touch with potential changes and adapt treatment protocols in real- time by promptly addressing emerging health concerns or life challenges. You can be confident we focused on being able to head off any surprises along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Comprehensive medicine treats and prevents. A comprehensive approach to healthcare focuses on both cause and prevention. It’s medical care that considers all aspects of an individual’s health. Rather than diagnosing and treating illness or addressing disease once a problem persists, comprehensive medicine aims to both timely and accurately identify underlying causes of health issues by studying genetics, lifestyle, environment, and mental health to understand how these and other factors interact to influence an individual’s overall health and well-being. A popular term is Holistic. By understanding the big picture, we are able to ask and answer questions from the top down recognizing everything is interconnected. We believe it’s the logical approach to helping our patients.
Everyone is unique and will respond differently to treatment recommendations. This is often true specifically with the medications. It takes a while for a therapeutic level to build up in the body and this is normal. Be patient. It’s taken a long time, months, if not years, for your body to tell you a change is in order. We can’t expect optimal results after an unrealistic amount of time. However, almost all patients have noticeable results in two months or less, certainly by a short time before our second appointment. We are always here to help and offer encouragement so reach out if you feel something isn’t right. That’s what we are here for.
Provider visits, bioidentical hormones and medical grade supplements are the tools we employ to design your specific protocol. Our intake specialists will discuss with you in advance what to budget for each of these components. In order to offer this type of detailed care, pricing will be different depending on an individual’s particular needs. We have a proven track record of offering excellent results coupled with optimizing your health care investment. This includes through discussion and pricing transparency. We will not charge you for anything you haven’t requested or approved. Please call (972) 694-6966 at any time to discuss questions or concerns.
Yes. Your visit is in real-time, just like the provider is standing right in front of you at a medical clinic. Telemedicine allows providers and patients to create personal, professional relationships without having to travel long distances and incur the inconvenience and cost of that travel. You will still receive the same level of individualized care right from the comfort of your own home.
Health and wellness programs, so far, are not recognized by insurance companies as covered benefits. Someday we hope they will. Most HSA and FSA accounts are allowed for this kind of medicine. We suggest contacting your insurer to see if they will cover appointments costs or apply them to your annual deductible. In our experience the compounded medications we typically prescribe or not eligible for insurance. We do offer interest free Care Credit plans from 6 to 18 months depending on the amount financed and personal credit history. Our most popular option is our monthly subscription model. We have made an effort to design it as being affordable and allowing patients to plan monthly finances accordingly.
LabCorp is who we typically use for lab work. Each draw facility has the ability to accurately determine what insurance coverages are available from your insurer. Please remember to ask them. If your insurance company doesn’t cover labs, we have a deeply discounted pricing plan with LabCorp that often is more cost-effective than out of pocket or deductibles. A significant number of our patients have determined that this is the most affordable choice, but it is prudent to explore your own health insurance benefits.
