Frequently Asked Questions
A comprehensive approach to healthcare refers to a holistic and integrated method of providing medical care that considers all aspects of an individual’s health. Rather than just focusing on specific symptoms or diseases, comprehensive medicine aims to address the root causes of health issues by looking at genetics, lifestyle, environment, mental health and how they effect a person’s overall health and well-being.
Every body is unique and will respond differently to their individualized treatment plan. It may have taken months or even years for these imbalances to occur, so we can’t expect them to go away in a few weeks. However, on average you should start to feel a difference within 3-4 months.
In order to provide the individualized level of care that we do for our patients, pricing will vary based on your individual needs and treatment plan. We know how overwhelming this can be and we are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of care so that you achieve optimal health and wellness. This includes transparency around pricing and we will never charge you for anything you don’t agree to. Please give us a call at (972) 694-6966 and our New Patient Coordinator will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
Your visit is in real-time, just like the provider is standing right in front of you at a medical clinic. Telemedicine allows providers and patients to create personal, professional relationships without having to travel long distances and incur the inconvenience and cost of that travel. You will still receive the same level of individualized care right from the comfort of your own home.
We are an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO type of plan, it is possible that you could get reimbursed for the cost of your appointments or it may go toward your deductible depending on the type of plan you have. However, it is not common for insurance to cover these services.
Insurance will often not allow for the time needed in a visit to truly address a patient’s concerns and review the important details that are necessary to formulate an effective, personalized treatment plan.
We do offer interest-free Care Credit plans for six to 18 months, depending on the amount financed and we accept HSAs and FSAs.
It is possible that your insurance will cover your lab work only. We recommend that you call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask if they will allow you to see an out-of-network provider and if they will cover a set of comprehensive labs 100%.
If your insurance company won’t cover the cost of your lab work, we have a discount program established with LabCorp that allows for a very significant discount on labs.
We recommend starting with our Health Assessment Quiz or setting up a free consultation with our New Patient Coordinator who can help lead you in the right direction. Give us a call at (972) 694-6966 and speak with someone today!
