Shamita Trivedi, D.O.
Dr. Shamita Trivedi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her comprehensive approach blends conventional medicine with integrative therapies, allowing her to treat the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.
She is a practicing physician with sixteen years of experience specializing in Endocrinology. Her undergraduate studies were at the University of Texas at Dallas where she was a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Subsequently, she became a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine earning her degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Worth, Texas. Pursuing her keen interest in Pediatric Medicine, she completed her residency in 2011 at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, thereafter accepting a Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship from Children’s Medical Center at U.T. Southwestern in Dallas. Continuing her association with Children’s Medical Center, in 2014 she accepted a position as a full-time physician and Assistant Professor where she served as an Attending Pediatric Endocrinology Subspecialist working at 18 North Texas outpatient clinics provided by Children’s Medical Center/Children’s Health Systems of Texas.
In November of 2018, Dr. Trivedi joined Pediatric Endocrinology of North Texas as a clinical subspecialist working there until the end of 2023. Her years serving as a Pediatric Endocrinologist allowed her the opportunity to engage daily with the families of the children she treated. Observing firsthand the needs of Mothers concerned about their own health issues, Dr. Trivedi recognized the value that her Endocrinology training and experience could provide in the field of Women’s health.
Dr. Trivedi is excited to join Dr. Casad in her practice. She brings a commitment to Women’s Health and a devotion to Endocrinology.
For over a decade, Dr. Trivedi has dedicated her career to helping patients navigate complex endocrine disorders.
Dr. Trivedi brings her deep understanding of hormone imbalances and their far-reaching impact on overall well-being which enables her to develop personalized treatment plans that restore hormonal harmony and optimize vitality for her patients.
